National volunteer recruitment numbers are now approaching  target as people from all over the country (and the world!) of all ages, shapes, sizes, skills, experience, orientation  and level of football fanaticism, have been putting their hands up to volunteer at the inaugural FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup. The four regions are now in the process of matching volunteer applications to the many various jobs and roles. 

The recruitment focus is now on finding people with particular skills and experience in areas such as; driving, ticketing, media and general administration support.

'No vacancy' volunteer roles

The Auckland and Hamilton Youth Programmes are now full and no further volunteers between the ages of 10 – 15 years old are required.

Thank you to everyone who has volunteered and continued to show interest and support in this area. With over 200 young people needed in these positions, this is an outstanding achievement.
